The EMO sofa is crafted by skilled artisans who use traditional techniques, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. With its classic expression, the EMO fits perfectly into Nordic interior design. The classic Danish design is perfect for the living room and invites cozy moments with blankets and a fire in the fireplace. The sofa can also be used for commercial purposes and is perfect for hotel interiors and lounge areas at design conscious companies.
EMO is made with nozag springs in the wooden frame. The cushions for both seat and back are constructed with Oeko-Tex certified cold cured foam with a down top, providing a fantastic soft and comfortable sitting experience. The sofa's beautiful double stitching, which runs along the armrest, becomes a detail in itself and helps to highlight the exclusive expression.
The EMO sofa is made of the finest aniline leather, which embodies elegance and comfort. The soft leather not only feels soft to the touch, but also becomes beautiful with age and develops a unique patina over time. Aniline leather is generally considered to be the best type of leather for furniture upholstery as it is the most natural, breathable, and durable type of leather. Unlike other types of leather, aniline leather is not covered with pigments or other chemicals, so it can retain its natural appearance and texture. Aniline leather is often considered to be the best quality leather and is regarded as premium leather compared to all other types of leather.
EMO is also available in some of the finest quality fabrics from the Danish textile manufacturer Kvadrat. The fabric is made of high-quality material that is carefully selected to ensure its durability. Kvadrat fabrics are known for their unique texture, lively colors, and premium quality.
The legs of the EMO sofa are made of solid wood and are available in Natural Oiled Oak and Smoked Oak.
Sustainability
The EMO sofa is handcrafted in Europe and made with care. The sofa's frame and legs are made from FSC-certified wood. The cushions are made from Oeko-Tex certified cold cured foam and leather, so you can be sure you're investing in a sustainable piece of furniture.

The care and maintenance of leather will always depend on the specific way in which it is used, the conditions of use and how often it is used.

Davos is an exclusive Aniline leather with a natural, rustic look and a sublime, almost velvety tactile feel. Achieved via a process of sanding and applying a special type of leather oil to the surface. At the same time, Davos boasts a matt look that’s raw with a touch of understated elegance.
Part of Davos’ extra appeal are the natural markings which bring a unique personality to each hide. Colour tones will also vary from hide to hide and within each individual hide. Watch for a beautiful patina that will appear over time as a result of the leather’s usage, exposure to daylight and interior lighting.
